„Edupedu.ro: Ce faceți prin acest cerc?
Bogdan Pătruț: Creăm o comunitate de tineri care să aibă, pur și simplu, preocupări în informatică, să învețe informatica (fie că nu o înteleg la școală, fie că vor să învețe lucruri în plus, fie că vor să facă performanță).

Edupedu.ro: Câți copii au venit până acum?
Bogdan Pătruț: La cerc sunt înscriși 309 elevi (vezi aici LISTA). Ei vin prin rotație, facem mereu prezența. în general au venit cam 120-150 la fiecare întâlnire. Au venit copii din Bacău (toate liceele), din Onești, Târgu Ocna, Comănești, Roman, Săbăoani (Neamț), Piatra Neamț, Adjud etc.

Edupedu.ro: Câți copii ați putea primi?
Bogdan Pătruț: Deocamdată ocupăm 6 săli din liceu (cam 30 locuri în fiecare sală) și orele sunt sâmbătă, de la 9 la 14-15, în funcție de cât vrea să stea fiecare 🙂 Putem primi până umplem tot liceul, dar nu știu dacă găsim atât de mulți lectori încât fiecare să vină și să țină ore cu ei.

Edupedu.ro: Ce vă lipsește?
Bogdan Pătruț: În principiu, avem nevoie mereu de 3-4 lectori, deoarece eu primesc deja sprijinul unor prieteni. În principiu mă descurc, am tot crezut că vor mai renunța unii, dar văd că vin tot mai mulți. Liceul ne oferă sălile, videoproiectoarele etc. și e suficient. Lectorii nu cer bani niciodată. Singurele cheltuieli sunt legate de transportul lectorilor și de cazare, de masa pe care le-o oferim la prânz. Asociația Betania din Bacău ne-a sprijinit cu premii pe care le-a oferit copiilor înscriși la un concurs și ne sprijină și cu cazarea. Totuși, uneori e nevoie de bani pentru a duce pe unii la hotel. De asemenea, după fiecare curs, îi ducem pe toți la restaurant, iar o masă ne costă cam 250 lei.

Edupedu.ro: La ce nivel vreți să duceți această activitate?
Bogdan Pătruț: Încă nu știu direcția în care va merge această activitate. Am crezut că ideea va prinde doar 20 de copii, nu mă așteptam la 300, din care 150 să vină permanent. Acum îmi doresc să creez aici un fel de pol al educației informale în informatică, pentru copiii din Moldova (dat fiind că Bacăul e în centrul geografic al Moldovei) sau cel puțin al județului Bacău și al județelor învecinate.”
